Niom AI Limited ("Niom", "we", "us") is registered in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using our platform you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. Your full name, work email address, and how you heard about us.
  • Authentication. One-time passcodes are sent to your email; we store hashed copies only.
  • Usage. Bookmarks, feedback you send, and access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
  • Payments. If you subscribe to the paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We store payment status and invoice records but never your full card details.
  • Profile data. Information about Product Managers ("Profiles") is provided by them with consent and curated by us.

2. How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and deliver the service.
  • To process payments and provide receipts.
  • To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
  • To send transactional emails (login codes, receipts, account notices). We do not send marketing email without your opt-in.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with vetted processors: Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers. We never sell personal data, and we don't share Client data with anyone outside Niom except as required by law.

4. Profile confidentiality

Profiles are private and not crawled by search engines. Clients agree at sign-up not to share profiles or their data outside the Client's organisation. Violations may result in account termination.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for accounting, legal, and audit reasons. You may request deletion by emailing support@niom.ai.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in encrypted databases. Sessions are short-lived and bound to secure, HTTP-only cookies. We don't expose internal data through public APIs.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Email support@niom.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
